Mercury Safety Products - Placing an order from Outside the UK

Our normal trading terms for overseas customers are:

Upon receipt of your order, we will issue a pro-forma invoice which will include delivery by the method you have selected. This will usually be either surface mail or air mail.

All payments should be in £ Sterling, to be drawn at a UK bank.

Once we have received your payment, goods will normally be dispatched within 7 days unless otherwise agreed, using the delivery method you have selected.

Please note that any customs duties or other charges imposed by your country on imported goods will be payable by you.
